Officer - Product Development & Operations
Responsibility
- Prepare product flyers, brochures and promotion materials
- To assist in Hotels, Transportations and Tours reservations
- Handling E-commerce fulfillment tasks with customers
- Data entry – Hotels Tours and Transportation rate
- To assist in product briefing, seminar and marketing event
Requirement
- F.5 or above
- Must have 1-4 years of product development & operations experience in the Travel, Tourism industry, ideally in Travel Agency
- Knowledge of MS Office, GDS and Hotel Reservation Platform preferable
- Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
- Japanese speaker is a plus
