Senior Travel Consultant / Travel Consultant – Corporate Leisure / Premium Travel

 

Responsibility

  • Responding to inquires about company's services and offerings. (Online and Offline)
  • Determining each client's requirements, including destinations, Air Fares, Hotels and Ancillaries etc.
  • Sell the appropriate travel products to the right customer.
  • Informing clients about settlement, rebooking and cancellation policy.
  • Regularly maintain a good relationship with our customers
  • Ensure customer / company data is secured and handled appropriately
  • Reach the sales and revenue targets

 

Requirement

  • HKDSE or HKCEE or above
  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience handling FIT/E-Commerce Travel Business
  • Proficiency in Reservation System (e.g. Sabre, Amadeus, Tavelport etc), Internet booking tools and MS Office
  • Strong Air Fares, Ticketing, GDS and World Wide Hotel knowledge
  • Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, independent, service-oriented and determine to achieve sales target
